The shipping was just kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping, and I kept checking for updates like, come on already. It arrived eventually, but the wait was annoying.

"Colours were spot on, but I felt a bit ignored"
The colours looked just like the photos, so there were no surprises there, which I really appreciated. I did feel a bit ignored when I had a quick question, though, so that took away from the overall experience a little.

Ordering was mostly fine and I found what I needed without too much trouble. The site was a bit slow on my end, though, and during checkout I found myself checking the delivery details more than once just to make sure everything was right.
The confirmation came through after a short wait, so it all worked out in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it reminded me how much the little things matter when you’re ordering online — a smoother process just makes you feel more confident.

My item ended up being on backorder, but they let me know quickly, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I expected, but it was fine. It arrived in good shape in the end, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

"Refund showed up, just took a while"
Had to send my order back and yeah, the refund did come through in the end. It just wasn’t exactly quick, felt like it dragged on a bit longer than I thought it would. Customer service got back to me and all, so no big issue there, just kind of slow. Bottom line, I got my money back, so it’s fine, but they could definitely speed up the refund process.

I don’t know what’s going on with the sizing, but it’s kind of a gamble. Sometimes it fits perfectly and I’m happy with it, and other times it just feels weirdly off, like it was made to a totally different chart. It’s a little frustrating because you never really know what you’re going to get

I liked how it looked when I first got it, honestly. It wasn’t bad at all, but after a few washes the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. I expected it to hold up a bit better, but yeah, that's about it

I’m happy with my order. The price was fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Shipping was okay too. My only regret is that I didn’t buy from Thestylesavvy earlier because it turned out to be a solid deal. I’d definitely order again.

My first impression was good because the promo code worked right away at checkout, which doesn’t always happen. The discount actually knocked a decent amount off my order, so it felt like a solid deal. Checkout was quick and easy too. I’m happy with what I paid and I’d definitely check back next time there’s another sale.

It was okay overall, but I didn’t love that the prices weren’t really clear until I got to checkout. I felt a little dismissed, like I was just supposed to accept the final total without much explanation.

"Description felt kind of off"
The dress looked way more fitted in the pictures, and I thought the fabric was supposed to be a bit thicker or something. What I got was thin, and the sizing seemed a little weird on me. It’s not terrible, but the description should probably be updated

My order ended up having a bit of a sizing mix up, which was annoying at first. Support got back to me the next day though and helped get it fixed. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but its all sorted now so I cant really complain.

I ordered from thestylesavvy.com.au after seeing a few people say their delivery was decent, and my experience kind of backed that up. The tracking came through quickly, and the parcel arrived within the timeframe they gave me. The box was a bit squashed when it showed up, which wasn’t ideal, but everything inside was fine so I’m not too bothered. I already had the impression they’d be reliable, and this order pretty much confirmed it for me. I’d use them again if I needed something.
